# How It Works

The Twin Protocol leverages Twin AI Utility Tokens and Points to facilitate transactions and interactions within its ecosystem. Here's a simplified workflow:

1. **Acquisition of Twin AI Utility Tokens**\
   Users begin by acquiring TWIN Tokens, which can be purchased with fiat currency (e.g., USD) or obtained through various activities within the ecosystem, such as participating in community events or contributing to the platform.<br>
2. **Conversion to Twin Points**\
   TWIN Tokens can be converted to Twin Points, which are used as utility points within the platform. This conversion enables users to access personalized AI services and features.<br>
3. **Engagement and Utility**\
   Users spend Twin Points to access various services, including AI training, secure data storage, and specialized AI capabilities. The more engagement within the platform, the more value users can derive from their tokens and points.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://twinprotocol.gitbook.io/twin-protocol-ai-utility-token/twin-token/how-it-works.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
